Arts Council England has produced a consultation paper “Achieving great art for everyone”. This consultation builds on their previous work to define how the Arts Council will work with artists and arts organisations to create positive change for the arts over the next 10 years. Arts Council England has encouraged arts organisations, artists and individuals to feedback on the paper. LARC has responded with a joint statement from all 8 LARC members. The response in full can be downloaded below.
